Big Ass Thunder Thighs!

If thighs could speak, here's what mine would say-

I was born chubby and soft. Then I was pounded to perfection by the deft hands of the maalish lady. In the comforting warmth of the winter sun, I shone like polished brass.
As time passed by, I realized there was something different about me. I was slightly bent and even though I was slim, I really wasn't. Still, at that age and time, it didn't really matter.
A few more years passed by and I ballooned out of proportion. I jiggled and wiggled in a manner that can scarcely be called attractive. Oh, what a low point that was!
But something happened! Like clay moulded into shape, I took form. I went in and curved out at the right places. I could see that even though I was still different, I looked better than most. I still jiggle and still wiggle, but God! I've arrived!

  15. wow.. so much treatment for your thighs? are you sure it's permanent? i think we might be able to lose some weight overall, but the body shape basically remains the same. be proud of those thighs, woman!

  21. thanks uz for those kind words. to shed weight, you need to exercise as well as control your diet. i do the same. i don't eat rice, pasta/noodles, white bread, cheese, butter. i also don't drink soft drinks and refrain from eating outside. my breakfast is heavy and i eat small meals throughout the day. i also make it a point to eat something an hour before i go to the gym. these small things are what make a big difference. if i hadn't controlled my diet, i would not have managed to lose much weight in the first place!

my workout mainly consists of (cardio) 20 mins on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the elliptical trainer and 10 minutes on the cycle. other that that i use light weights to tone my arms and legs. i also do a couple of floor and mat exercises. my workout is going to be changed pretty soon now.

  23. OMG Rima, how did i miss reading this! :) thunderous indeed!

i somehow like my thighs, the bulge and sometimes the verses it sings :p lol.

btw if you are trying to lose, do try HIIT - high intensity interval training. u will find many sites if u google. it helped my tummy. its an anaerobic form to cut fat. weights help great too (but it cuts fat frm cheeks too :() - sorry rambling on. will shut up and happy week ahead!
